According to Article 91.4 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a limited liability company must hire an independent auditor each year to verify the accuracy of its annual financial statements.
Otherwise, according to Article 464 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, a protocol on administrative violation will be drawn up for evasion of the mandatory audit.
